Q1. What is DigiChat ?
A : DigiChat is Java-based client/server chat system which has been designed specifically for integration with your existing web presence.
Q2. Which web browser(s) do you recommend for running the DigiChat Client applet?
A : For the best speed and compatibility with the Client applet, we recommend Netscape 6.2 or Internet Explorer 6.0/7.0 for Windows, and Internet Explorer 4.5 or later for Macintosh with MRJ 2.1 or later.
Q3. Sometimes when i login to chat i get a blank screen and cannot chat ?
A : That's because you have the latest java installed, please give it a minute or two and the chat will fully load, and run smoothly from there.
Q4. Someone is bothering you in our ChatRoom ?
A : You can ignore the user by clicking their name then clicking the Ignore User icon.
Q5. I want to have a private conversation with someone, how ?
A : Click the name of the user you wish to send a private message to, then click the Private Chat box icon, or by double clicking on the persons name.
Q6. Why am i banned from the chat ?
A : If you have been banned you may have broke one of the [ Rebel Chat Rules ].
Q7. I miss chatting in rebel, how long am i going to remain banned for ?
A : Bans are not cleared on weekly or monthly baises, you may remain banned for a few months, on the other hand users who have proxies/dialup, moderators will be requested to ban on sight, instead of waiting for a rule to be broken.
Q8. Am i safe in your chat/forums/spaces ?
A : Our services does not include any cookie trackers or save any personal information, what you fill in your forums/chat profile is what you want people to see, we have a great fun teen team to help you with anything you ever require.
